Fill in your personal details, like unique Email ID and Mobile Number.
Use Aadhaar Card, DigiLocker, PAN, Driving License or Passport for identity verification.
Upload required documents – Scanned Photograph and Signature.
Check all details carefully and submit the form.
Save and print the Confirmation Page.
