Candidates should note that the admit card is available only in online mode — SBI does not send physical copies by post. Follow these steps carefully:

- Find Recruitment Link: Look for “Recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales)” and select “Preliminary Exam Call Letter.”
- Login Credentials: Enter your Registration/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth (DD-MM-YY format).
- Captcha Verification: Fill in the security code (captcha) as shown.
- Download & Print: Click on “Login” to access your admit card. Save it and take at least two printouts — one for exam day and one as a backup.

Once downloaded, verify the information printed on your admit card to avoid last-minute surprises:

Documents Required on Exam Day
Without proper documents, entry to the exam hall will not be allowed. Carry the following:
- Admit Card (Printed Copy): Mandatory to enter the center.

- Photocopy of Photo ID: A self-attested photocopy of the same ID.

SBI Clerk Prelims 2025 Exam Pattern
The exam will be conducted online and will last for 60 minutes. It consists of three sections with separate time limits:
