NEW DELHI – Good news for motorcycle lovers! Royal Enfield has officially reduced the prices of its much-loved Classic 350 lineup following the recent cut in GST rates on two-wheelers under 350cc. The GST slab has been slashed from 28% to 18%, and the new prices came into effect from September 22, 2025.
Depending on the variant, the Classic 350 is now cheaper by ₹16,000 to ₹19,000. The entry-level Redditch SC variant now starts at an attractive ₹1.81 lakh (ex-showroom), while the top-spec Emerald Green variant, earlier priced at ₹2.34 lakh, is now available for about ₹2.15 lakh.
This tax reform, part of the new GST 2.0 regime, comes as a big boost for Royal Enfield. Its 350cc lineup—including the Classic 350, Hunter 350, Meteor 350, and Bullet 350—are the company’s best-selling motorcycles in India. With the reduced prices, these iconic bikes will now be more accessible, appealing to both first-time buyers and experienced riders alike.
However, while the 350cc range gets more affordable, the new GST structure has the opposite effect on bikes above 350cc. Motorcycles such as the Himalayan 450, Super Meteor 650, and the 650cc twin series will now attract a 40% tax rate, leading to price hikes of ₹18,000 or more.
For the Classic 350, the price cut only adds to its appeal. Known for its timeless retro design, comfortable ergonomics, and smooth 349cc J-series engine, the motorcycle is expected to see an even stronger sales performance in the months ahead.
Royal Enfield has also confirmed that the price benefits will be extended across its full 350cc portfolio, including not just motorcycles but also services, apparel, and accessories—making the brand’s offerings even more attractive to customers.
