What Happens Next? – Final Stages of the SBI CBO Selection Process
Candidates who find their Roll Numbers in the result PDF have successfully cleared the online exam. They are now provisionally eligible for the final selection rounds: Document Screening and Interview.
Screening of Application & Documents
Before the interview, SBI’s recruitment committee will verify the applications and documents submitted by candidates to confirm their eligibility.
- A minimum of two years’ experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB) is mandatory.
- Failure to provide valid proof of work experience may result in disqualification, even if the written exam has been cleared.
Interview Round
Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview, which is tentatively scheduled to begin from November 1, 2025.
- The Interview carries 50 marks and plays a vital role in the final selection.
- It assesses a candidate’s communication skills, leadership potential, banking knowledge, and overall personality.
