How to Download Your Admit Card
- Visit the Official Website
Navigate to newindia.co.in (the NIACL site). - Go to the Recruitment Section
Find and click on the “Recruitment” or “Careers” section on the homepage. - Locate the Admit Card Link
Look for the heading “Recruitment of Administrative Officers 2025”, then click on “Download Call Letter for Phase-I (Preliminary) Examination.” - Log In
Enter your Registration/Roll Number and Password or Date of Birth (DD-MM-YY). - Download & Print
Your admit card will appear—download the PDF and print clear copies (keep at least two).
What to Verify on Your Admit Card
Before exam day, double-check that your admit card includes:
- Your Name, Roll Number, and Registration Number
- Exam Date & Time (September 14, 2025)
- Reporting Time and Gate Closing Time
- Exam Venue Address

- Find the link titled “Result of Preliminary Examination for Administrative Officer (AO) 2025” and click it.
- Download the PDF and use Ctrl+F to search your roll number.
- If you find it, congratulations—you’ve qualified for Phase II. Save the PDF for future reference.

NIACL AO Selection Process & Exam Pattern
NIACL AO Admit Card 2025 The selection process includes three stages:
Phase I – Preliminary Exam
- Format: Online, objective
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Sections:
- Reasoning Ability: 35 questions (35 marks, 20 minutes)
- Quantitative Aptitude: 35 questions (35 marks, 20 minutes)
- English Language: 30 questions (30 marks, 20 minutes)
- Total: 100 marks; Negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer
Phase II – Mains Exam
- Objective Paper: 200 marks covering Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and—if applying for a Specialist post—Technical Knowledge
- Descriptive Paper: 30 marks consisting of Essay and Letter Writing (30 min)
Phase III – Interview
- Weightage: Mains = 75%, Interview = 25%
- The final merit list is prepared based on combined scores from these two stages
