Enter NEET Roll No., Application No., and DOB
Fill the form: Fill in personal, academic, and contact details
Pay Fees: Pay the prescribed fee as per category
Choice Filling and Locking: Fill the college and course preference from 22 July to 28 July 2025 and lock it before 4 PM on 28 July
Download the Confirmation Page and take a printout of it
