Accept and Upward: Accept the seat but want to be considered for higher priority in the next round
Decline and Upward: Reject the seat but want higher options in the next round
Decline and Move to Next Round: Reject the seat and want to participate in the next round
Decline and Quit: Want to opt out of the counselling process
Confirm the selected option by clicking on the Submit Your Choice button
