NEET Roll Number Submission (UGCET Registered Candidates): Mandatory by 8 July 2025
NRI Wards Document Verification: 8 to 10 July at KEA Office, Bengaluru
St. John’s Medical College Verification: 9 and 10 July at the college’s Koramangala campus
Eligibility: NEET UG 2025 qualified candidates who have filled the UGCET form or do fresh registration now
Important dates and procedure
Fresh Application Window: NEET UG 2025 Counselling
7th July to 10th July 2025 (till 11:00 AM) – For those NEET UG 2025 passed candidates who have not yet registered through KEA.
NEET Roll Number Submission:
Already registered UGCET 2025 candidates are required to enter their NEET Roll Number by 8th July 2025 (by 11:00 AM).
NRI Ward Document Verification:
8th to 10th July 2025 at KEA Office, Bangalore – Dates are fixed as per NEET Rank.
St. John’s Medical College Verification (Category 2 to 8):
9th and 10th July 2025, at the Council Room, Koramangala campus of the college. Physical presence with original documents mandatory.
Further Schedule:
Dates for Document Verification and remaining stages of counselling (like Mock Allotment, Option Entry etc.) will be announced in July and August 2025.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualifying NEET UG 2025 is mandatory
Indian Citizenship
UGCET 2025 application form must be filled or apply fresh now
Age limit: Minimum 17 years as on 31 December 2025
Educational Qualification: 10+2 passed or appearing (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English are compulsory subjects)
Minimum Marks in PCB (Aggregate):
General – 50%
OBC/SC/ST – 40%
PwD (General/EWS) – 45%

Important Notes:
Candidates who are already registered in KEA UGCET 2025 are required to enter the NEET Roll Number.
Non-Karnataka UGNEET 2025 Qualified Candidates also need to register on the KEA web-portal and enter their 12th marks.
Document Verification is required only in some cases like NRI Ward Candidates.
