Eligibility Criteria (as on 1 July 2025):

Bank of Baroda LBO Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university is mandatory. Also, professional degrees like Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Engineering, or Medical are also valid.
Age Limit: Minimum age 21 years and maximum age 30 years. Reserved categories are exempted as per government rules.
Experience: Candidate should have at least 1 year of Officer level experience in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank.
Experience of NBFCs, Co-operative Banks, Fintechs, Small Finance Banks, or Payment Banks will not be considered.
Language Proficiency: Reading, writing and understanding of the local language of the state for which you are applying is a must.
CIBIL Score: A minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above is mandatory at the time of joining.
