Institutional Verification: Submit the printout of the online form along with all supporting documents to your institution
Important Instructions for Students:
Not all students can apply without completing the OTR process
Keep scanned copies of documents ready — uploading wrong documents may result in rejection of application
It is beneficial to apply early so that the Correction Window can be used if required
